Important Information!

For the South Arizona Avenue Corridor between downtown and the Santan Freeway, the City of Chandler, AZ has a plan that should generate additional private investment and ideas in the area and open the door to our downtown for those visiting from other areas of the Arizona. The current plan will includes new traffic flow systems, landscaping, additional residential development and opportunities for new clusters of retail. A new City Hall and ore will also be located in this area at Chicago Street and Arizona Avenue.
